At Ekrowl, we believe in helping you Elevate Your Style. We understand that sometimes a piece of jewelry might not be exactly what you envisioned once you try it on. We value your investment and want you to be 100% happy.
That’s why we offer a simple 3-step return policy. Instead of a cash refund, we provide a Coupon Code equivalent to the product value for your future style upgrades.
The 3-Step Return Process

Inform: Email us at info@ekrowl.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and an image of the product. Once we approve the request, you can move to the next step.

Return: After approval, ship the product back to us in its original, unused condition with all original packaging within 5 days.

Note: Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier and share the tracking details with us.

Refund: Once we receive the package and it passes our quality check, we will issue your Refund Coupon Code via email within 24–48 hours.
Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: Orders move fast! You can cancel your order only before it is shipped from our warehouse.

Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before shipping, you can choose a full Refund Coupon Code or a refund to your original payment mode (minus 5% Payment Gateway charges).

COD Orders: Our team will call you for confirmation before shipping. Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled.
Detailed Refund Policy

Mode of Refund: Refunds are issued only via Coupon Codes. These codes are for one-time use, have a 1-year validity, and cannot be combined with other offer codes.

Deductions: * For non-acceptance of prepaid orders, ₹250 will be deducted to cover forward and reverse shipping costs.

If your order had "Free Shipping," a deduction of ₹125 will be applied to the refund code to cover the initial transit cost.

COD Token Amount: If a token amount was paid for a COD order and the order is rejected or cancelled at the doorstep, the token amount (up to ₹250) is non-refundable to cover shipping losses.

Eligibility: Items must be reported within 48 hours. Used, damaged, or items without original packaging are not eligible for returns.
Damaged Products (Our Quality Promise)
Every piece at Ekrowl undergoes a 3-Level Quality Check. However, if your jewelry is damaged during transit:

Unboxing Video: You must record an unboxing video or take clear photos of the damage.

Report Fast: Email info@ekrowl.com within 48 hours.

Free Replacement: Once verified, we will arrange a free reverse pickup (within India) and send you a fresh replacement or a full-value coupon code at no extra cost.
