SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

Ekrowl - Elevate Your Style ships to all pin codes across India. We have partnered with India’s best logistics services to ensure that your jewelry is handled professionally and delivered to your doorstep on time.

ORDER DISPATCH

At Ekrowl, we know you're excited to receive your new look! Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking details. If there are any unexpected delays in processing, our team will reach out to inform you immediately.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send an email containing a Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use this link to live-track your order’s journey to you.

ORDER DELIVERY (INDIA)

  • Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 2–3 business days from dispatch.

  • Non-Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Please Note: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances or operational issues with our courier partners may occasionally cause slight delays. We recommend tracking your order using the link sent to your registered email ID.

Important: A valid 10-digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory. Our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. Failure to provide a correct number or receive the OTP may result in non-delivery. If a package returns to our warehouse due to these reasons, additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer for reshipping.

  • Prepaid Orders: FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India!

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: A shipping/cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India.
